この利用規約（以下、「本規約」といいます。）は、TwiQuiの利用条件を定めるものです。
ユーザーの皆様には本規約に従って、TwiQuiをご利用いただきます。
第1条（適用）
本規約は、ユーザーと開発者との間のTwiQuiの利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されるものとします。
第2条（利用登録）
TwiQuiはアプリでのユーザー登録は行っておりません。
Twitterのアカウントを作成いただき、そのアカウント情報にてご利用いただけます。
第3条（ユーザーIDおよびパスワードの管理）
TwiQuiではユーザーIDおよびパスワードの管理は行いません。
Twitterへのログイン省略のため、一部の認証情報をアプリ内に保存しますが、一切の送信・表示は行いません。
第4条（規約の変更）
以下の場合には、ユーザーの個別の同意を要せず、本規約を変更することができるものとします。
1. 本規約の変更がユーザーの一般の利益に適合するとき。
2. 本規約の変更がTwiQui利用契約の目的に反せず、かつ、変更の必要性、変更後の内容の相当性その他の変更に係る事情に照らして合理的なものであるとき。
第5条（保証の否認および免責事項）
・TwiQuiはTwitterのAPIを使用しているため、Twitterの障害・機能制限・仕様変更などにより利用できなくなる場合がございます。
・TwiQuiはTwitterのAPIを使用しているため、APIの利用制限を超過した場合、一時的に利用できなくなる場合がございます。
・TwiQuiによるTwitterのコンテンツ表示の正確性および閲覧の安全性について、一切の責任を負いません。
・TwiQuiはユーザーの検索意図に反して表示される、公序良俗に反したコンテンツの表示に、一切の責任を負いません。
・TwiQuiに事実上または法律上の瑕疵（安全性、信頼性、正確性、完全性、有効性、特定の目的への適合性、セキュリティなどに関する欠陥、エラーやバグ、権利侵害などを含みます。）がないことを明示的にも黙示的にも保証しておりません。
・TwiQuiに起因してユーザーに生じたあらゆる損害について、一切の責任を負いません。
・TwiQuiに関して、ユーザーと他のユーザーまたは第三者との間において生じた取引、連絡または紛争等について一切責任を負いません。
・TwiQuiは予告なく配信を終了させていただくことがございます。
・TwiQuiのTwiQuiプレミアム（以下「有料版」）を購入した利用者は以下の免責事項もご同意いただいたこととさせていただきます。
・TwiQuiはTwitterのAPIを使用しているため、有料版を購入した場合であっても、Twitterの利用制限を超過した場合は一時的に利用できなくなることがございます。
・TwitterのAPIが利用できなくなったなどの、サービス継続ができなくなった場合も、一切責任の返金はできません。
・ユーザーのTwitterのアカウントが利用できなくなった場合にも、一切責任の返金はできません。別のアカウントでTwiQuiをご利用ください。
・Twitterの機能の制限などにより、有料版の機能が使用できなくなった場合も、一切責任の返金はできません。
プライバシーポリシー
本アプリケーションには、情報を送信する機能は一切ございません。
またアプリ内の広告から、個人を特定できる情報等が送信されることはございません。

Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the \"Terms of Use\") (\"TwiQui\") sets forth the terms and conditions for the use of TwiQui.
Users are requested to use TwiQui in accordance with these Terms of Use.
Article 1 (Application)
This agreement shall apply to all relations between the user and the developer regarding the use of TwiQui.
Article 2 (Registration for use)
TwiQui does not provide user registration on the application.
You can use TwiQui by creating a Twitter account and using the account information.
Article 3 (User ID and Password Management)
TwiQui does not manage user IDs and passwords.
In order to omit logging in to Twitter, some authentication information is saved in the application, but it is not transmitted or displayed at all.
Article 4 (Modification of Terms)
The Terms of Use may be modified without the individual consent of the User in the following cases: 1.
1. when the modification of this Agreement is in the general interest of the User; 2. when the modification of this Agreement is not contrary to the purpose of the TwiQui Terms of Service
2. the modification of this Agreement is not contrary to the purpose of the TwiQui Terms of Service and is reasonable in light of the necessity of the modification, the reasonableness of the modified contents, and other circumstances related to the modification.
Article 5 (Disclaimer of Warranty and Disclaimer of Liability)
- TwiQui uses Twitter's API, so it may become unavailable due to Twitter's failure, functional limitation, or specification change.
- TwiQui uses Twitter's API, so it may become temporarily unavailable when the API usage limit is exceeded.
- TwiQui is not responsible for the accuracy of the contents displayed on Twitter and the safety of viewing them.
- TwiQui is not responsible for the display of content that is contrary to the user's search intent or offensive to public order and morals.
- TwiQui shall not be liable for any defects in fact or law (including, but not limited to, defects in safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, validity, fitness for a particular purpose, security, etc., errors or bugs, infringement of rights, etc.). TwiQui does not warrant, expressly or impliedly, that TwiQui is free from defects in any material or workmanship.
- TwiQui shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred by the user as a result of the use of TwiQui.
- TwiQui is not responsible for any transactions, communications, or disputes between users and other users or third parties regarding TwiQui.
- TwiQui may be terminated without notice.
- If you purchase TwiQui Premium (hereinafter referred to \"paid version\") of TwiQui, you also agree to the following disclaimer.
- TwiQui uses Twitter's API, so even if you have purchased the Paid Version, you may not be able to use the service temporarily if you exceed Twitter's usage limits.
- We will not be responsible for any refunds in the event that the service cannot be continued, such as if the Twitter API is no longer available.
- No refunds will be made in the event that a user's Twitter account becomes unavailable. Please use another account to use TwiQui.
- If you are unable to use the paid version of TwiQui due to limitations of Twitter functions, we will not be responsible for any refunds.
Privacy policy
This application does not have any function to transmit any information.
No personally identifiable information will be sent from the advertisements in the application.
